Some symptoms of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) are swelling or pain in one leg, pain that worsens when you walk, and veins that look larger than normal.

Dr. Ellen Schwartzbard, Obstetrician and Gynecologist with Baptist Health South Florida, explains pain is usually isolated to just one leg, because the DVT is in that deep vein on one side and you are going to see an asymmetry in your swelling.
