I love this movie so much. My fav movie of 2021 so far.

was watching this for the 100th time with my son and realized this scene encapsulates the whole movie. Alberto gets Luca out of his comfort zone but is kind of reckless. On the way down the hill Luca has to help him keep things together and he's not even aware. But they soar to great heights and have an experience together they've never had before. But on the way down, Luca has to push Alberto away for their own good. Later in the movie he drifts apart from Alberto because his priorities change. But ultimately, in this scene they both land in the water safely and are "transformed". I love this movie because it shows that friendships change.
