This video takes you behind the scenes so you can see the fun and hard work involved in dancing 10 Chair Yoga Dances. We had to remember all the moves (which is great for our memory!), we had to coordinate our upper and lower body together (which is great for our physical strength), and we had to have stamina to the end (which is great for our heart and lungs!)
Join us in our first Annual Chair Yoga Dance Recital at the Vista, California Public Library. This All-Dancing Chair Yoga Dance Class has lots of dances that will get you moving, laughing, skipping and swaying. We have songs from the 60's, 70's, 80's and beyond. We have Country, Pop and Jazz songs too! There's something for everyone!
