I mean, Roach is a Sergeant and Frost is a Staff Sergeant. They're both NCOs, but Frost is higher than Roach. If we consider that, Frost more likely has more experience than Roach. I favour Frost more, but I believe comparing them is like comparing the same person. Both of them are badasses. Yes, Jackson and Ramirez too.

Roach did talk in MW2 in the Gulag mission when soap asked for cover, he said "roger that" they just didn't caption it.
