There is a mod for MW2 that literally has a description of "You either die a hero... or see yourself becoming the villain". The mod will glitch the game out when you die and deletes the saved games ( excluding cinematic deaths ), and will automatically trigger that damn button after 20 seconds... You die a hero in the compagnie or you become the ultimate villain in the museum.
