Ingredients for Sweet Potato Mini Cakes
Sweet Potato - 450 gms
Sugar - 15 gms
Milk - 1 tbsp
Egg Yolk - 1
Butter - 15 gms

Method to make Sweet Potato Flourless Cake
1. Steam the potatoes and peel its skin.
2. Mash it using a fork and make a paste.
3. Add butter, sugar, milk, and egg yolk into the mixture.
4. Mix it nicely and roll it out in a cling film.
5. Cut out any shapes using a cookie cutter.
6. Give egg wash and bake it at 180 degrees Celcius preheated oven for 20 minutes.
7. After baking you can spread some honey for more sweetness.
