Amazing Sweet Potato honey bun cake! So delicious and easy to make

Ingredients:
1 cup Mashed sweet potatoes
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup water
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 cup light brown sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
Orange food coloring (optional)

Icing:
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
4 tbsp whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
