Is marty just throwing his weight around, effectively tamping down the spirits of participants, and firing up CTO so that HE starts loudly interjecting as well. This is getting worse. 40:52 It happened again while I was typing, that is how frequent marty's indiscretions are.

Suggestion: When another speaker wants so chime in, raise 1 finger for chiming in on the current toping, raise two fingers for changing topic (for example: "Wow, SOL just popped!"). This talking over each other is the one thing that puts me off from watching this show. I love the rest and have watched it since the first episode. I WANT to keep watching, but I think many of us have expressed for a while now that some work needs to be done on "being 4 speakers and making it work". I am sure you can do it, and are working on it, and I think exploring different methods to allow everyone to speak and finish their points could be a great improvement for this show. Anyhow, love you all and the content is amazing as usual!

Marty is a diamond in the rough with great insights, but there are a few things he could improve. First, consider getting a new backdrop—something less busy. Second, either upgrade the camera or fix the focus issue, as the constant in & out focus is distracting. A better microphone would also enhance the audio quality. Lastly, as several viewers have mentioned, try to avoid talking over your team during discussions.
