There are a lot of powerful large institutions that pump and dump crypto as a means of liquidity. As they buy in prices rise and people start buying. Price rise increases. When they need liquidity in say, the stock market, they dump crypto to meet margin or other requirements. There are a lot of large institutions living on the edge of margin call/liquidation. This is partly why the massive market wide dumps that happen. Regardless. The entire market will continue a long term growth. This is a temporary downward move and will rebound soon. If you’re going to exchange to hold crypto currency you have to be willing to tolerate the price volatility or lose capital value.
