I have a set of fabrics I wanted to use in this particular pattern that I have not gotten around to. This just may be the push I needed to do it. I do love your quilt of the month project. I love this pattern!! I have the book! I’m wondering if in the Star of light, you could use a bright red for the #2?I have something similar to #1 and # 3!

Not a Halloween fan, but the pumpkins were cute. They sort of made me think of jack-o-lanterns in a Hawaiian tiki doll style or some kind of African vibe.

I didn't realize that you were doing a "Quilt of the Month. I guess I haven't watched many videos this Summer. I absolutely loved seeing all the Patriotic Pattern July QOTM in different fabrics and changes to personalize them or to enlarge. Thanks for sharing!

I'm so glad you don't mind if we change up the borders, I like my throw quilts a little bigger than yours come out. Also I don't have much dexterity in my left hand and the small strips are hard for me to sew straight so I'm like to make the skinny strips a little larger.
