Paul, Wanted to let you know I found the cause of my obnoxious rattle issue -! I had recently removed the exhaust manifold. I was having an exhaust leak and determined the manifold wasn’t flat on its mating service. I milled a few thousands off the manifold and its the surface trued. What I didn’t think of were the gland metal rings. Possibly in reattaching two rings fell into the muffler -but that’s not like me. Another is the depth the rings were made to fit the head & manifold was shortened in my milling process and when I torqued the manifold they may have popped out and fell into the muffler.
Either way another Model A mystery solved, my guess is the latter. .

I agree with others about the Cabriolet. I own a 1931 Cabriolet 68B that is the same colors as your Sports Coupe and it the best of both worlds and I love driving it as often as I can. It's a great, problem-free car that drives like a dream with the top up or the top down.

What this video proved, at least to me, is that the only thing to do is to have both a Roadster and A Coupe. One thing that is (sadly) left out, is a Fordor Sedan (I have been driving a somewhat later Fordor for 49 years now). Great video!
