How about the woman in Miami, Florida who was being followed home and a Ring doorbell camera recorded the man running up to her from behind as she was speaking on her phone. She is heard screaming on the Miami Police Department surveillance, but it’s not clear what happened except that the man runs away, and neighbors respond to her screams asking her what happened. But in this footage, you might wonder why she doesn’t seem to attempt to at least call 911 to help the woman who can be heard screaming. What do you think?
