You are amazing! Because of your message on the necessity to prioritize protein I started doing exactly that. I’m 53 and was experiencing muscle pain in my thighs and I think I had lost muscle mass in the thighs. I’ve since stopped the pain and started building back. Thank you.

I've started doing all of this. I lost 11 pounds in the first month and a steady pound a week. but mostly I just feel amazing. I don't have sugar crashes or every feeling so hungry I can't function. life is so much easier and cheaper and I have so much more time not thinking about food

There is rarely anything I don't like. It's being able to prepare it and have it. Space is complicated at the moment. I am in the process of becoming obsessed with your knowledge and continuing to focus on bettering my health. I have had acl knee surgery I have spondylolisthesis and have gained a substantial amount of weight for myself and it's been difficult to get back on track than before because of all the body pain and inflammation. I also focus on inflammatory in diet too. I hate that I'm having take ibuprofen or pain killers as much as I do. Money as of the moment is a factor, but hopefully soon over the next year or 2 should be better.

To all you all out there I think she said lean red meat more so out of habit, but then addressed it with saying fat is ok. So....lean or not so lean just work in your fat however you want. But mainly use the right oils (fats) not veggie oil.
