Lets make Sarmale!! (Romanian Stuffed Cabbage Rolls) 🇷🇴

Every year for the holidays. My Romanian mother in law always makes us Sarmale which is a Romanian version of stuffed cabbage rolls. This year I wanted to show yall how we make it!! I’ll post the recipe here in the near future.

I slightly fry the onions in oil just to sweat them, add the rice, mix, let cool and then add to the meat, even add a spoon or two of water in the meat.
