Yes because the skills you obtain as a Cloud Engineer can branch off into a multitude of roles such as Cloud Security Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, Systems Administrator, Cloud Architect, Site Reliability Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, and Network Engineer.

Cloud engineering skills are certainly worth it but it probably speaks poorly for the economy for the next 6-12 mths to see so many of the Big Tech companies laying off recently.

Thanks Soleyman for this great piece of motivation. Between learning cyber security, your cloud engineer program and some python, i hope to land a job soon to start getting cloud experience. Hopefully to do cloud security.

No corporation can fully implement AI company-wide without some sort of cloud computing. As we move into using AI to replace current work, that's simply not feasible.

Yes ... that is because of VMWare being a horrible and now expensive option. Many cloud-phobic companies are now switching to Azure if they have missed out on AWS for virtualization. They need infrastructure and IAM gurus and retraining. Once moving over the rest of the staff will realize how adaquited their skills have become and HR will demand cloud experience for any new hires

Great video (really helpful information)
Question for you, do you think the Google IT Support Certificate is a good Certificate to start with as a beginner (non IT background) before the 1st foundational AWS Certification ?

Can experienced software engineer jump into the cloud engineering ? Will it be worth it for them in future or should they focus on coding skills ? What do you suggest ?

Hi, Is it a good idea to switch to Cloud Computing profile after spending 10 years in Data Analyst/Testing role? Currently working as a Test Lead. Please guide me to make better decision. I am planning to take online Cloud Computing course
