They are starting to build condos now, because there is no room for single dwelling homes now. Also, in Ian’s case, his father was sick for several years and had to pay the medical bills without his father working! Lots of mainlanders that do well are buying winter homes here to get away from the cold. It is making prices go higher. Minimum wages go up here, but not fast enough to keep up with prices. Lots of people will hold down two to three jobs nowadays.
