As always, be careful with blades. If you flick your blade, wether with a knife like this one or with a spring assisted mechanism, make sure that you are not risking cutting anyone around you.

When closing your blade, make sure that you move your fingers away from the blade path. This tactical knife uses a liner lock system to keep the blade open. It is possible that your knife uses a different one.

The key to CLOSING these locking folding knives is to push the locking mechanisms to the LEFT. This video makes no mention of pushing the locking mechanism to the left. I bought one of these knives online with NO instructions relative to opening and closing the pocket knife. I almost cut my fingers several times trying to close this knife. There are comments below about pushing the mechanism to the LEFT - which is how I finally figured out the solution to this knife closing puzzle. This video should have made it clear the secret to closing this knife is to push the locking mechanism to the LEFT. I wasted an hour attempting to close this knife before I stumbled upon the secret - push the locking mechanism to the LEFT - I don't know why this 'secret' is even a secret in the first place.

Thank you. I had two knives, my first folding pocket knives, and after I opened them, I couldn't figure out how to close them so I thought they were jammed and I put oil on them to try to fix them. LOL. I just had to push from inside the blade housing to close them. Now I learned something new for me, and how to open and close these kind of knives.
