Peugeot 108 Review

We take a look at Peugeot's new city car, the 108

I've got one of these, I really like it. Very economical to run and cruises at 70 on the motorway with no trouble. The only downsides are sluggish acceleration on the 998cc model, slightly notchy gearbox especially on neutral into first, glass tailgate which can't fit a bicycle rack, and I've got the coupe model which means I can't use a roof rack (although I can stick large objects like a wardrobe through the open roof, LOL).

I've bought one three years old with 20k on, had it a year. Good little car except that the clutch got hot in town, the rear brake light leaked water into the boot and yesterday the battery went flat. Not what you want when you lay out 6 grand. Cheap and nasty is this car all over in my opinion, better consider a Dacia.
