Hi Laci ! Love the videos you do with Jacob....you seem to know him pretty well... I've been trying for quite a while to get him to answer this question but he rarely replies to people who post comments in his vids...Jacob has lived in Las Vegas for quite a few years already...and an effective cheerleader/proponent for Las Vegas in general...does he have any plans to purchase a home there and why/why not?

Hey Laci! Really looking into moving into Henderson (aiming for summer 2019). I'm taking very calculated steps into making that a reality as I just started a new remote position with a company.

I know the rental market is very hard to get into from your previous vids, so I think I may be opting to purchase. It's just hard to convince my wife of that option instead of renting. I have two girls and was hoping you could put up a video with pros and cons living/moving in as a family?

My Zillow is just convoluted with saved homes within our projected budget within the high school area of Coronado/Green valley HS. Am I searching the right way? My oldest is just in first grade but we're aiming for a location with a good high school. This would be a first home purchase so wanted to get your point of view! Keep on keeping on with the channel!
