I have been teaching for a decade and am studying for my MLO License, but I think about the sales aspect of it and it discourages me a little. I just passed the NMLS test and am waiting for November 1st to submit the application so that my newly earned license does not expire at the end of this year. Meanwhile, I am looking for where to work as a loan officer and have been watching your videos. I did not have a finance/business background and am located in California. When i started looking into becoming a loan officer or title searcher, theres was literally NOTHING ON YT on the process they actually go thru to do tgeir job.. i literally kept thinking.. BUT WHAT DO THEY DO?? Even as a receptionist at a title company they were holding outnon the process... Like being a loan officer/title searcher/Closer is the most important job inthe transaction, yet the best kept secret! I love your videos.. Please do more content on HOW YALL GO THRU THE CLOSING PACKET??
