Istanbul, Turkey is known as the city where east meets west because it's spread across two continents: Europe and Asia. In this video, we're giving you an overview of the European and Asian sides to give you a better sense of what each is like. And if you're trying to decide where to stay during your visit to Istanbul, we have you covered! Most tourists only visit the European side - with very good reason! - as most of the main attractions are located there. It's exciting, walkable, and you'll love the energy and hustle bustle. But seriously, you don't want to miss out on visiting the Asian side as well, which is slower paced and has a more local feel. Whatever you do, a ferry ride is Istanbul's cheapest thrill, so make sure you get out on the water to catch the best views of this unique and fascinating city.

Again, one thumbs up is not nearly enough. From your unbridled joy and enthusiasm alone, you make this world a better place..wherever you are, and whatever year it is..2020 or not. The sky and sun setting, behind the bridge, well.. cue the goosebumps! Magical! This whole video was just that. So calming too..especially with all the major anxiety going on this end. OMG those pigeons...I bet that guy on the boat with the seagulls would be busy with them! lol Thank you for this guys :)

As Napoleon said, if there were only one capital city in the world, it would be Istanbul...

What a helpful and useful guide to understanding the two continents which meet in Istanbul. Both are beautiful in their own special way. It's a dream to visit myself someday!

By the way those AirB&B's look fabulous. How lucky to find them. I'll be sure to stay there too when I visit Istanbul. The river view is out of this world!!

Great video, all those neighbourhoods looked really interesting. The views from the Asian side apartment were epic and the art in the Moda district looks well worth seeing. Definitely high on my list of places to visit. Staying on the Asian side and visiting the European side looks like the way to go.

It is pleasing to see a youtuber showing Istanbul with its real face for the first time. Only Turkish people, Turkish streets, Turkish culture.

No effort to make Turks look like Arab or iran or
like other nations no arabic music. no iranian music. Good to see real turks. It's nice to see the most beautiful city in Europe with an objective eye
