I think you nailed why it's been sold and has to be torn down. In the Kitchen, you said the floor was slanted and you questioned if it was safe. It is probably structurally unsafe due to the insane amount of marble, rock and wood in the home itself. If it's a home built in the 60s, the foundations back then were not nearly as structurally sound as they are now. They didn't factor in the weight of it all and what it would do over the years. Absolutely breath taking home. Thank you for sharing!

Absolutely incredible house!
The bathroom at 9:40... Jacuzzi with "waterfall" spout. Dark blue toilet and bidet: that is the first time I have seen a bidet with a seat. The brass/gold looks really good on the dark blue.
Carlo, you have the best camera, and do the best camera work!!! Never get a gimbal... your camera lets us see what you are talking about, without being stuck on a fixed plane. You also don't jerk the camera around, and give your camera time to focus. Keep keeping it great in 2021 !!!
