I prefer the more realistic colors on Xiaomi (as you actually said they are) vs honor which looks frequently like it's colored with crayon (always super vibrant for some reason)

hello from croatia - really nice work man- so detailed and interesting ..i am waiting honor magic 6 pro so i find your chanal..ordered it because it is here at some teleoperater like 460euros ..i must say i have xiaomi mi note 10 (like 5 years old) wich is really good in camera department ..but wi fi problems i have with it and battery is dyeing ..last year i also bought on discount samsung s23u hopping will easily beat my old mi note 10 in cameras (after reading reviews) ..but was surprised after made like 100 pictures with both (same cameras - tele etc - same motiv) and i can say mi note 10 made more pleasent picture and was better like in 6 or 7 of 10 same pictures ..i thought i was crazy so called wife and showed her pictures without saying wich is from wich - she also voted for xiaomi mi note 10 (it was once 1st on dxomark, 108 mpix produceing 27 mpix photo with planty details)..s23u made such too sharpned pictures (also after i put it on midle in settings) and was so agressiv like compare to mi note 10 (details i would not mention 27mpix against 12mpix) so i sold it (speed and softer and video on s23u side was offcourse) ..i see that vibrant mod on honor is much better then authentic (althought it also makes little oversaturated photos) ..and i hope it will be little better then s23u and i like it is 12/512gb + processor and screen etc - i hope will keep it :D keep good work man - really professional like ...

The reason why Honor's photos in telephoto pics are better is because the telephoto lens is 180MP. While the xiaomi 14T pro's is only 50MP. In my opinion, the two phones are tied at the end. No one wins or loses, because of the price range obviously.
