USAA is a specialty bank that exclusively does business with active duty, guard, and reserve military members, veterans, and their family members. I have been using their services for three years and am satisfied with my banking experience. I have a checking account, a ROTH IRA, car insurance, and renters insurance with them.
However, I only recently learned the differences between their credit card offers, and I realized I was not using the best credit card for me.
