Those are some beautiful peppers. I have the same type of dehydrator. I made the mistake of dehydrating my peppers inside the house. 😆 We were all coughing 😆

Excellent video again. I've done this but without the dehydrator by cutting up chilli peppers and putting them in the oven, flesh side up, then opening the oven from time to time and wafting the hot moist air out. In hind sight it was a pain and not worth all the effort but if you don't want to buy a dehydrator, it is possible. Took about 2 - 3 hours with thin chilli's.

That dehydrator nice...try the orange lemon and lime peels too amazing powder...I let mine sit on the counter until I get a dehydrator lol
