Diaphragmatic Breathing Hack
Показать описание
➡️You've read about Diaphragmatic Breathing and all of its benefits...but you've tried it and it doesn't work for you?
💡Here's a tip you can try:
✅Exhale first.
📝The diaphragm is a muscle. Most of us that have back stiffness or high stress will tend to have a diaphragm that's very tense and 'flat'/contracted.
👉🏾It's hard to inhale if the muscle to do so is already contracted.
✨Performing a full and complete exhale first will lengthen the diaphragm (imagine the lowering portion of a bicep curl). Your consecutive inhales should be slow and through the nose to properly engage the diaphragm.
🏆Practice this via "box breathing" or reguarly throughout the day for better stress management, improved digestion and great sleep!
