My nephew was wired just like this young girl, he would constantly hurt me and my sister, we were legitimately scared of him. BUT he grew up to be a wonderful kind and gentle young man. He had PDD and ADHD, amongst other mental ailments and he was treated throughout his life after diagnosis. I hope this young girl gets the help she needs
