on my iphone 13 mini with ios 15.4, when swipe up it's show the photo's details instead. to use long exposure, just tap the 'live' title on top left corner of photo and it's show dropdown, and you can choose the long exposure.

hey! when i swipe up on the photo, there is no option for effects showing. do i need to enable it from somewhere?

Is there a way to actually use these? I tried storying a "Long exposure" from a Live Photo to Instagram but sadly it stayed static
