I know this video is 8 months old, but speaking as a mobile app developer, I've actually been able to verify that it's possible to take a photo on an iPhone 15 pro max at approximately 1/36000 of a second. It might be possible to go faster (iOS reports up to around 1/64000), but overheads seem to make that out of bounds, and you're also still going to be limited to being able to only take a few shots per second (again, due to overheads of the camera freeing up resources after it takes a shot).

Yeah a great little app, I have it on my iPhone as well, though I still prefer my mirrorless Fuji rigs. Still it is a great when you do not want to haul a heavy 3-legged monster and in a pinch you can yield some top-notch photos.

Hi.
Thanks for all the excellent videos. Can you tell me the name-brand-model of the small tripod you
use in the reexpose video? I'm in the USA. Thank you.

I am new at reexpose app use. I know this post is old but, in case you reply older ones, would you please tell me why there is a magenta color cast when I shoot lightrails especilly at night?. How do you solve it?. I mean, is there any trick to avoid this color cast before you press the button?

What tripod is being used here? I can't imagine many would withstand the wind from a passing tube train to enable that cool motion photo in the underground

You should be able to get at least 30sec long exposure in the native camera app when attached to a tripod. You will get a max of about 3secs when holding by hand.

This video as the reeheld one you also shared are incredible, but unfrotunately It's clear that the phone is a limitation in this case, and the app does what it can, but in any case, with water photos, you don't notice it. However, when there are people or buses in motion, the long exposure effect is far from realistic and can even look unpleasant due to how the movement is represented—it's not real but rather a stacking, and at times it cuts between frames, which doesn't look great. Nevertheless, the video feature is amazing and something iPhone users will truly appreciate. Anyway your work it´s gorgeous, but Apple should provide real 30¨exposure...until that this is the best we can expect

Tks @MarkMcGeePhotos! How wonderful. The photos you take are not thought of with a tiny iphone! For common purposes, is the DSLR obsolete?
