Tragedy, condolence, pray. It is endless. The murder case can be one after another. What the police and law can do after arresting him? Lock him up for 15-20 years, then parole, then kill again?! People like this will never get rehabilitated. This young lady's beautiful life was just cut off brutally . This is forever, tremendous pain for her father and mother.
Strongly suggest the reinstate of death paneity. Otherwise we have to pay for the new prisons all the time. I would rather used the money for the school children or the poor who work so hard but can not make ends meet.
