This video changed my life.
I am an aspiring chef and the one thing I couldn't do was open a coconut (I actually failed chef school due to this). I was thinking of giving up, but after watching this video I understand that I had been going about it all wrong. I can now open coconuts with ease and look forward to my retakes next summer.
