I remember watching you on TV over a decade ago, you were teaching people how to peel and dice tomatoes . boiling water, 15 seconds right in to an ice bath. you have always been an incredible chef, your TV presence is and always has been amazing. easy to follow instructions, great personality and your techniques are proven time and time again. you sir are my favorite chef. Hi Chef ! Beautiful recipe. After such a breakfast we can cut down a tree ! A little trick for the good temp of butter : After some bubbles the butter stop to "sing" : That's the time to put egg in the pan.
