Tommy the clown is Legendary, if u were a kid growing up in L.A, you're at a birthday party, not knowing who he is... prepare your mind to be blown... All I remember was that chevy astro van pulling up blasting some crunk...full of clowns & within like 5 minutes they had the entire street dancing! That energy is unmatched.

Glad I was able to find out about this dude. It seems like he's done some positive things for the community and that sort of good work deserves recognition.
