How Strong is Natsuki Subaru? (Arc 9)

SPOILERS FOR ALL OF RE:ZERO IN THIS VIDEO OF COURSE.

In a merciless fantasy world that contains beasts that can freeze entire nations at a whim, mad cultists who can shape shift into any monstrosity they can think of, and knights that can reshape the entire world with a swing of their blade, we follow a boy who’s confronted all of these monsters and even more. This boy is named Natsuki Subaru. At the beginning of his journey he was quite helpless and couldn’t really do much at all, but after 8 separate arcs of growth & developmentr; he’s certainly become stronger. In this video, I intend to completely explain the strength & abilities of the current day Natsuki Subaru & give you an estimation of strength in relation to the cast of Re:Zero. With that said, since I value both the time of you & I, I’m not gonna drag out this intro anymore. Let’s get into the video. Massive spoilers for Re:Zero ahead.

Something I find funny is that despite Tappei saying Subaru is the weakest physically, he was actually able to put up a good fight against Todd *as a kid.* He also lifted and killed a whole wolfgarm by himself and beat the crap out of the 3 thugs from arc 1.

His spirit affinity is also kinda absurd. In the pride If he literally burned all of Lugunica with just a fire spirit from what I’ve heard. That’s like his one actual talent, everything else he’s below average

People treat Sloth like a downgrade, but it's just because Subaru hasn't used it for its intended purpose yet. The only time he has been physically discomforted by using Invisible Providence was when using it offensively in combat, however he has used it in other situations without discomfort when it is for benevolent purposes. Combined with the fact that it can pass through solid matter, it's clearly not meant to be a downgraded version of Unseen Hand, but something else entirely. The sickness he feels is when he forces its use as an equivalent of Unseen Hand. Like making a medicine with its own will act as a poison, it can do that, but unhappily.

Another weird thing about greed. Subaru used it in arc 8 to use others mana not sure how that worked but it was something Betty herself noticed. Also roswald is making Subaru an artificial gate. Not sure what that looks like or entails buts that another cool thing I guess.

Subaru is the best scout and supports for emilia camp. Like if they want to know information about the sin archbishop? RBD will make that happened, or they need some kind of buff that can amplified their power and lessen their burden? Cor leonis will come in clutch, also he got beako and spica by his side for magic and bonus authority. My man got to roleplay as 2 different class at this point i wouldn't be surprised if somehow became a healer in the future 😆

Things to note about Beatrice as well, she can get Mana directly from Mana Crystals as well (as seen in arc 5 and 8) and they are able to use Al Shamak to return something to the real world that they have previously sent to the alternate dimension (as seen in arc 8)

In the current episode 8 of the anime, about at 17:20, Reinhardt becomes wide eyed and smiles when Subaru promises to do something for him which Reinhardt comments would be no big deal for Subaru. Just some moments earlier Reinhardt received the blessing to see blessing of others, could this mean Subaru has a divine blessing of some sort that hasn't been revealed yet considering Reinhardts confidence in him?

Man, just imagine if he combined with whip with Ul Shamac to make a Void-Whip style weapon that just cuts through anything it touches like butter.
He could probably only do it for a few seconds with Beatrice's help, but damn it'd be cool to see.
