Fix the Numbers

Fix the Numbers advocates for the passage of Pennsylvania H.B. 316, S.B 755, and S.B. 211 because our municipal membership knows that the current pension structure for public safety employees, police officers and firefighters, is unsustainable. With an increasing number of Pennsylvania municipalities now designated "financially distressed," the time has come for sensible pension reform that respects the service of our public safety employees, but also reworks the decades-old formulas that have brought communities across the state to a fiscal breaking point that can no longer be ignored.
