And small indian private sector companies can also develop this type dog robot in auto autonomous and remote control mode with indian institute like IIT

Here's the thing. Don't call it assembled. It's license manufacturing
And according to CEO of Aeroarc, CEO of ghost robotics was actually an Indian and it's colleague and they made the partnership to licence manufacture in India and Indian army is still acquire it in large numbers. (You can see it in Bharat Tak YouTube channel)
You have to remember, these systems are licensed manufactured and AeroArc is basically a subsidiary to Ghost robotics. Nothing wrong in licence manufacture. But the numbers are too low and we need more industries to build these.

Only these mules can only be used for surveillance, i would request to integrate theses mules with Mechine Gun, Carl Gustaw, Automatic Granade launches and Anti Tank Guided missile (MPATGM) etc then it would be game changing.

This really a welcome step, we should reduce our army size by substituting it with automation wherever is possible, because 50 % or some more budget goes for pensions and salary and only small amount of money utilised for moderation.

These robotic "mules" are a fun science experiment, but what are their practical uses? For carrying goods in the mountains actual mules will continue to be better for a decade or more. For observation/reconnaissance mission, a wheeled/tracked robot will probably make less noise. Only advantage I see is that as the robot's ability to balance improves, it will be able to take tracks in the mountains that only mountain goats could negotiate, which could give a surveillance edge.

Can these mules carry stinger like missiles ? So it can be used to counter helis without putting men in danger. Also it can then change the location to stay hide. Also most of its roles can be performed by drones. Cant we add a post named info / tech who will carry and act as an eye to the infantry, he might carry ir kit, night vision and drones/ mules.

Mount a disposable tube-launched anti-tank rocket on one of them and use it as an RC tank destroyer. I personally think tracked RC platforms are better suited for such a role, but the Indian military isn't stupid; they have their own rationale (and the availability of platforms is a factor here).
