Ipad pro. Once i changed screentime passcode thru forgot > apple id, but the new passcode never worked. How can that be?

Then i tried turning passcode off or changing to no success at all. After inputting apple id, number of attempts just increased by 1.

Apple support recommended reset and recover to backup. Did that, lost all the app's data in the process, except freaking screentime passcode is still there...

I've tried this so many times and I put in the correct Apple ID but it still locks me out for 60 minutes

edit 26/07/2022: i ended up getting a new apple ID which fixed everything :)
