But we can't get to the church we have to stay in our homes we have no church people to talk to to set something up for us how can we participate in this great project that you guys are working on. Sometimes vitamin B complex also can help the nerves .Ppl in theire 30 need more .Like i said sometimes we may be malnutrient.Research found out that b helped ppl be less compulsive shopping .Like what you say to confront ones emotions and why .

Affairs cause PTSD. I had my first D Day while i was on a family vacation. I saw on the first day of that vacation my husband's distance, coldness, distraction and then I saw his phone connection constantly with his married coworker. He tried to take a picture of lingerie and send it to her. That's the moment that my now s*xless marriage had a reason. I ignored my inner voice for 8 or 9 months, suppressed my suspicion until i could no longer ignore the distance, "busy business trips", emotional coldness towards me had a cause. He was being unfaithful with hus married coworker, Maureen.

I appreciate what she says. However it is not always met with empathy.
My mother is narcissistic and I just recently had to separate from her for my mental well being after being abused for 61 years. She left a message on my phone that I was to "stop this silliness". No accountability, my emotions mean nothing. So this is how I grew up. I am more like Sheila, alot of times I have a hard time even recognizing my emotions. When you are not allowed to acknowledge or recognize your own feelings, you become numb.
