I agree with you that for $250 this device should either include the wrist strap or the headset. I pre-ordered mine on BestBuy 3 weeks ago...not shipped yet because now it is back-ordered (such BS that I pre-order it and now I have to wait another 1-2 weeks because it is backordered) what is pre-ordering for? Anyways the total with warranty for the device came to $450. I don't agree with a Nano lawsuit. This device offers way more than the Nano....only things similar is the size and music.

that's a really niche product. It's probably every gadget loving-semi-well-off jogger's (with a pinch of android-fandom for good measure) wet dream, but exactly how many of them are out there? It's cool that they develop products like that but I don't see it doing well.

So evidently time is not been nice to these at least not to the price lol. I can get one of these for as cheap as 29.95 On any number of sales plat forms.Which is actually awesome if you ask me. Because, and I'm absolutely shocked that I don't see any of the top comments mentioning this, these are tiny little FULL ANDROID systems. With a custom recovery that can be found on xda and a custom rom from there as well, these mediocre "activity trackers" become really handy personal wrist computers! For less than my monthly internet bill! Gotta love when companies like moto decide to get in the smart watch niche but then realize they maybe are questionable with their knowledge of how these little "wrist mounted activity trackers" function exactly so they throw in an armv7 cpu that I'm sure was also in who knows how many models of tablets and probably even smart phones. Aka- ridiculously easy to build custom firmware to work on it really well. Lol I used to use mine back in high school. Probably the only reason I got decent grades. And back then I guess the teachers and faculty didn't think a watch would do anything like that lol. And that's why it kind of surprises me that this watch was ever seen as anything more than "meh". Too date I've seen only a small handful of "watches" that can do the same

Hey tldtoday it is rooted and now works with everyting, now imagine its a 250$ device that can play music, browse the web, and play videoes!!! :) way better then the ipod nano right? XD oh and maybe a few games like angry birds on the side :3

the price is absurd if they aren't including these accessories that are essential for the intended purpose of the product ~ disappointed, I had inklings this could really trump the nano but seeming very doubtful

Wow this thing looks like a overpriced piece of shit. I rather get ipod touch then this junk. I mean ipod touch has a camera that takes video, movie and internet. Plus its cheaper.

just buy an iphone 4s comes with a calender, ipod, picture bowerser, internet surfering, etc, including an clock so you dont have to buy a pointless watch.

That's to pricey ----I've honestly.been waiting for a IPod nano 6th gen competitor but I guess I will be better of with a iPod nano 6
