As someone's who's gone from a Beta to an alpha I can say that it's pointless using these techniques before you're actually an alpha, there's no way to fake good eye contact before you're comfortable with yourself. Being an alpha doesn't come by accident, it's not a natural state, humans are by nature very unsure of themselves, so don't think that by trying a few techniques you'll be able to fool the world into believing you have your shit together, it takes a lot of work. The work is getting to know yourself, working out why you're so unsure of yourself, working out why you're so co dependant, why pretty girls scare you so much, why you're so fearful among a lot of other things. Then once you've found the source of your fears you need to workout how to overcome them. Once you've conquered your self esteem, self worth, self confidence issues you'll be able to maintain eye contact without even thinking about it and you'll attract attention wherever you go.
