Llano laptop cooler can help a lot, since heatsink is copper, liquid metal application can be done, though exercise caution

Nice video tbh. Cleaning the fans is not enough, almost all the time there's a dust and hair clog just in the middle between the heatsink and the fan, remove them totally apart and you'll see it., also you should adjust your own fans speed curve using MSI afterburner.

90 degrees is passable for laptops...I have hp omen with r7 4800h that runs 90° while gaming for 3 years n no problems.
