Accused from Hariyana, Case is in Gujarat. He is absconding, we are not able to trace him and do not know any property. My Case is stuck in Gujarat court from last 3 years because summons are not getting delivered. Court keeps on asking for new addresses but we don't have any information. Court is telling us to deliver summons personally to Hariyana!!! What to do in that case?
