This is one reason I got the Nash titan hide. I’ve seen a few of these now, that are not up to scratch

This is terrible I was thinking about getting one of these but with the poles snapping and seeing this fox should give you a replacement or your money back it's alot of money for this standard I ended up with the Nash Titan hide xl camo pro awesome bit of kit hope you get this sorted before you go and sorry for your loss

5 months I waited for fox to repair my RX+ alarm. After numerous pointless calls they said it's unrepairable and sent a new one. Could have said that 5 months earlier. Utter shite customer relations 🤔

Not had any problems with mine, except from my own stupidity! Obviously we can clearly see the factory mistakes there! No doubting that, hopefully you got a refund or a replacement. I got this bivvy for simplicity, I paid the money for absolute simplicity and speed. It's Out, up and I'm dry inside in five minutes flat, that's with MOST pegs in, heavy duty groundsheet attached, inner capsule attached and the door in place oh and all gear inside where I want it. That alone to ME is worth the money I paid.. I wouldn't change the bivvy I bought and I'm the d**k that snapped the centre leg at the rear and the main mechanism... It cost me 100 quid to buy replacement parts and fit them myself.. I also learned that I should open the garden gate (7ft) instead of hawling it over so yes my own fault 😔 I'm now looking to invest in the extension.. hopefully it comes intact 😂

Had 2 faulty bivvys first one came with rip on inner dome and now my second one the mechanism is no longer working the 2 springs keep popping out when clipping in centre pole very poor quality its a shame as apart from that I do like the bivvy

I have the same bivvy
on the first bivvy the send me, i had some problems with the knockle system, i resend it back and the store send me another brand new .

this one is perfect.

I would say just send it back and they must give u a new one ;)
