In this video I'll go over all the spare parts that you should be carrying on the trail. Every rig and driver is a little bit different but this should be a comprehensive list that you can modify to suit your needs.

A new differential wouldn't be a bad idea. Spare lockers to go with them. And maybe a Boeing 747.

Don't forget the 6013 arc welding rods. With your dual batteries cabled in series one can do some trail side welding. Watched a dude a few years ago weld back on a ripped off rear control arm mount on an XJ out in Arizona using a couple batteries and an arc welder rod holder, saved some people a VERY long walk.

I think the funnel on a stick was the real star of this video. That should be on a t shirt.

A lot of this stuff is good to carry in the jeep on the road. I like the tackle box idea!!

You also have to carry few gas containers, a sattelite phone, a portable cooler, some food, a swiss army knife, a bag with all the survival components you must carry, a first aid kit, camping gear, a flashlight, a lantern, a current inverter and a small solar panel

Cherokees seem to eat starter motors, currently on my third in 7 years, definitely a spare I would recommend

I'll stick to the spare parts theme. Older Dodges, spare voltage regulator, ignition module, and definitely spare ballast resistor. They all easily fit in the glove box. Buy Mopar brand for in your truck, keep the cheap made in China ones, in your garage. At least your close to home when it fails. U-joints for sure, one of each. Spare fuses, the '80 Powerwagon has the old style, glass cylinder with metal ends. A lot depends on who you wheel with, and where you are located. If you off road with similar trucks you are golden. Used engine belts. When they get cracked and weathered, replace them. Keep the old ones in the truck for a road side fix. Kinda agree with the spare u-joint straps or u-bolts. Only  twisted off 2 drive shafts on the '80 Powerwagon, since '02. Both times attempting to show off. First time tore the steady bearing off it's mount, second time got good traction twisted the shaft till it broke off.

Yeah I went to uhwarrie national park man, in a cherokee it was leaking coolant and we had to cut the trip short. We used creek water to cool the engine down.

Great list but maybe a little overboard.  One can never plan for everything that can go wrong without a car carrier for parts.  I noticed a lack of any survival gear.  Yes I know, maybe under tool section.  How about a saw, trash bags, fire starter, food?

I would also carry wheel studs. Break or strip a few of those can be a day-ender. Also some spark plug wires (couple long ones)
