Had the highest level of education of any president and the lowest level of wisdom. We still live the damaged legacy he left us.

Amazing to see this. My grandmothers oldest brother was gassed in the trenches in WW1. He also got tuberculous there. He died about 3 months after he got home after the war ended. I don’t think many people know how TB ravaged those trenches. I guess they didn’t know as much about it as they do now. Such as how HIGHLY contagious it was. My own mother had to live in a sanatorium for a full year when she was only 7 years old, in the 1930s. And some people were carriers without symptoms. No one knew how my mom got it. I think her mom was a carrier who caught from her brother who came home after the war and lived with all the family for 3 months. That is what this film congers up in my mind, WW 1 was a flat out slaughter house. I have seen his full medical records. He was even shot in the chest once and spent several months in the hospital. Then he was sent back to the trenches. He was only 21 when he died. Then my grandmothers youngest brother was a bombardier in a B17 in WW2. Mercifully, he survived the war.

It was the Beginning of the Federal Reserve, 1913.
“ I am a most unhappy man. I accidentally ruined my country. A great industrial nation is now controlled by its system of credit. Our government is no longer based on the freedom of opinion, nor on the conviction and the majority decision, it is now a government which is subjected to the conviction and the compulsion of a small group of dominant men.”
- Woodrow Wilson

It’s so weird seeing a president, from over a hundred years ago, in film smiling and shaking hands with people…..as though this were filmed today. Quite eerie.

It warms my heart to see that pretty much everybody agrees that he was the worst president ever.

Wish we could tell him that the treaties of WWI are too harsh and lasted too long. And that Federal Reserve should be dissolved as soon as the war ended.
