It's vital that you go through your "cringe" phase as a teen so you get it out in time. Girls from my school days who peaked in high school and were like too good for the cringey stuff back then now do this stuff on tiktok because they didn't go by the natural order of things and act like this as teenagers.
I'm a cringe millennial but since I had my "waffles XD" phase in 2007-2012 I now am a more well adjusted person.
