substituting s=-1 will give k13 not k11...error...on solving further 1st derivative will give k12 and 2nd derivative will give k11...

I was trying to solve the same exercise using another partial fraction method and I was not able to get the same result for K11. With the other method K11 =10 instead 20. I put the same equation in the calculator to double check and the result was K11=10. Do you happen to know how to approach this? Thank you

sir why is that in some text books they are multiplying derivatives by factorials

Sir, in order to find out K13, you took derivative of K12 and in order to find out K12 you took derivative of K11. But my lecturer made it differently and results are different. He took derivative of K13 to find out K12 and he took derivative of K12 to find out K11. I am a bit confused. Both of you find same coefficients but sequences are different so results are different. Can you explain me which one is true?

sir this process is not ok so is the answer coz substituting any value in the question is not equal to the one you have taken out, put 0 in both v(s) and see
