Android Q: Beta 1 Overview | MaowDroid

Whaahooo, another year, another Android release. This time it's Android Q. I wonder what dessert that could be.

But anywho, this is a look at some of the changes in the first beta of Android Q. I did leave out something, the lock screen album art is super blurred now, which I don't mind the look of.

Well, in a week or two, we'll be getting the second beta of Android Q. :-)

I swear my phone calls don't sound like that, the mic recording was terrible in that screen recording.

Hi man, TWRP, lately doesn't mount /system and /vendor partition (if is booted in Slot A); or don't mount /vendor if is booted in Slot B.

If I reformat partition, later install from fastboot doesn't work...

This's ironical, I have been rooted previously Q Preview Beta 4 with this explain 😭

@MaowDroid .. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 .. looks like we will probably have to wait for a more stable release or the final release of Android Q, to get root for Pixel 3 & 3 XL on Android Q .. I guess the new partitions are really a pain in the @$$ for Mr.Wu to deal with ..
Pixel 1 & 2 have root, but unfortunately not Pixel 3 .. I'm thinking about rolling back to Android P .. idk .. we shall see
