ak-102 is chambered in 5.56x45 which is made for countires that cant get 5.45x39 caliber its not used by russian army. mostly civilians same as ak-101 which is same but longer, and ak-201 ak-202.

AR 70/90,
ARX 160,
ARX 200 🤩
and the brand new NARP.😃 Whoever produced this video is uninformed and didn't do a good job!
