I removed the pins. Used the clear cover and put them under the new red trays. Perfect booster. Won’t rattle with pack out lid closed. Also used the pins to secured two of the new trays together.

The letters look like they would be used during assembly at the factory to either write work instructions on where the bit holders need to be installed and speed up the process by telling the operator to install them in B, J, and O without having to count holes. Could also be used as a way for a camera to perform a final inspection as quality control to ensure correct installation locations. Letters would be more efficient for this task than numbers since 10-17 would each require 2 digits but J-Q are 1 digit each.

I do like that it is enclosed in a case only because some of my work I don't need a full pack-out. I can grab individual things I need and throw them on the floor of the truck and go. Thinking of when a tenant calls with a specific issue where In a hurry I just grab the specific things I know I will need and go.

You can stack two of the normal dual side bit cases and one slim with the clear lid in a single row in a standard size Packout organizer and they fit perfect for a total of 12 dual sided and 6 single with lid.

Also, you can buy just the bit holders and replace all of the bit holders in your older bins.

Nice idea but it would have been better is they held more. Also would have been a good idea to indent the lid so the packout cover nested into it like they do with the bins.

Seems like a move in the right direction, probably could be improved some, letters on case are probably for those that have to keep track of where everything is

Great idea, but should have left the lid off and increased the actual bit holder size and gave it a second row.

The letters have to be codes for a secret Packout treasure hunt from Milwaukee.

What super secret style of packout would you hope to find? I think a slightly taller 1/2 size packout with socket tray like you would put in a toolbox drawer with the sized/labeled pegs that would reach the full height of the inside of the packout case, highest density possible and interchangeable pegs so you can put them wherever you want

The letters are the final inspector employee’s initials. Kinda like when you guys clothes and they come with little pieces of paper with letters of the person who did the final inspection

I'm rhinking the letters are molding #'s. Like the hardhats have a 1 or 2 under the front brim. Have not seen these cases so I dont know what matters they are.

I think these guys doing the 3D printing need to get their designs patented. Personally Milwaukee should have done this from the get go; I’ll continue to support the 3D DIY guys!! I just finished customizing 2 separate pack outs for Xmas gifts.
